SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

RATES

Orders of $75 or more ship free.
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $[FLAT RATE].

Shipping is calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts and before tax.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders ship from Marfa, Texas within [1–2] business days of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

We ship with [USPS, UPS] and choose the best service for your order. Books often travel by USPS Media Mail, which is economical but can take 5–10 business days; other services generally arrive in 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Pickup is free at either shop. Choose "Pick up" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 business day.

Please bring your order confirmation. Orders are held for 14 days.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then email us within 5 days and we'll help track it down. If a package is lost in transit, we'll replace it or issue store credit.
